Both meetings will be at the Farmers Branch Recreation Center @ 6:30pm.
Each team must send a representative! This can be the coach, assistant coach, team manager, or a parent.
Head coaches are responsible for all league updates, rule changes, deadlines & announcements made at this meeting.

UNIFORM & ADDITIONAL FEESUniformsCFBBA does not provide uniforms. Coaches are responsible for ordering them, this will be an additional cost to the players. Typically, the coach orders hats and jerseys. Parents are responsible for belt, pants, and socks unless the coach orders a complete uniform. Practice Fees & Field RentalsCFBBA provides a limited number of free practice fields at the start of the season that coaches can sign up for. If the coach chooses to practice at a different location there may be additional fees for field rentals. We ask teams to try to keep uniform costs and field rentals affordable to player families. COACHES: BLACK-OUTSEach team has up to 20 black-outs for the season. A "black-out" is anytime you request to play or not play a certain time or day. - Games are played Thursday-Sunday. Sunday's are a normal game day (not just used for overflow).
- Monday-Wednesday are not typical game days but can be game days for rainout/make-up games towards the end of the season.
- 5-6 Mod & below: only plays in the early slot on Thursday, but can play early or late on Friday. Please blackout accordingly.
