GATE FEE:
$150 per team; There is no individual gate fee at entrance.
Gate fee can be paid cash, Venmo, or Zelle starting a week prior.
ROSTERS:

- Players MAY NOT play on more than one roster in a single tournament.
- Rosters may not be changed after 5pm the Friday before the tournament.
BASEBALLS:
You'll need 2 new baseballs and 2 gently used baseballs per game. We do not provide baseballs as part of your registration.
CHECK IN:
- Check-in at least 45 minutes prior to the start time of your 1st game.
- Pay gate fee.
- Provide proof of insurance (non-CFBBA teams). Proof of insurance can be emailed to [email protected] prior to check in.
- You can purchase insurance for this tournament only from us for an $3.25 a player. Reach out to [email protected] for additional details.
BRACKET SEEDING PROCEDURES:
- Pool Play Record: The team's win-loss record during the pool play stage will be taken into consideration for seeding purposes.
- Total Runs Allowed: In the event of teams having the same pool play record, the total number of runs allowed by each team will be evaluated. The team with the lower number of runs allowed will receive a higher seeding.
- Run Differential: If teams still have an equal number of runs allowed, the run differential will be considered. The run differential is calculated by subtracting the total runs scored against a team from the total runs scored by that team. A higher run differential will result in a better seeding.
- Head-to-Head: If only two teams are tied based on the above criteria, head-to-head results between the tied teams will determine the seeding. The team with the better head-to-head record will receive the higher seed.
- Coin Flip: If none of the previous criteria provide a clear distinction for seeding, a coin flip will be used as a tiebreaker to determine the final seeding.
INCLEMENT WEATHER & REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will be given for inclement weather based on the following:
- If the tournament is canceled due to inclement weather, prior to any games being played, a 100% refund will be issued.
- If a team only completes 1 game, due to inclement weather, 2/3 of the registration fee will be refunded.
- If a team only completes 2 games, due to inclement weather, 1/3 of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Once bracket play begins, no refunds will be given.
- Gate fee is NOT refundable once pool play is complete. If pool play is not complete, gate fee will be pro rated by the games played.
If bracket play games are not completed, due to inclement weather, rings will be awarded to the top 2 remaining seeds in each bracket.
When discussing inclement weather, a game is considered complete after one inning is complete.
Refunds will be given to "withdrawing" teams based on the following:
- 10+ days in advance of tournament start date = FULL REFUND
- 6-9 days in advance of tournament start date = 50% REFUND
- 5 days or less = NO REFUND
Any team disqualified from the tournament will not be refunded.
