Complete the coach/volunteer registration and submit a background check. Background check link will be email to you with 72 hours of registration.

Once registration is completed, the Registration Coordinator will create the team. This is done manually, please allow 72 hours after registration for the team to be created. 

Assistant coaches and team volunteers will need to complete the volunteer registration and submit a background check.

During the registration process enter your roster when asked.

If you need to update or did not submit a roster during the registration process, email [email protected]. The registration coordinator needs your roster before the registration deadline. This consists of new players and returning players.  You have two opportunities to submit it:

1. Include the roster when you register as a coach.
2. Email it to the registration coordinator BEFORE registration ends.

Without a roster we can not properly add kids to the team as they register. 

If you do not turn in a roster and the parent does not list you as their coach, this player will be placed on a different team.  

Please email your roster to the registration coordinator BEFORE registration ends. The earlier the better the chances the roster will be complete and error-free.

Each player will need to register individually.

During the registration process, they will need to indicate your team’s information in the appropriate section.

This is very important for them to be placed on your team.

Once the Registration Coordinator sees the player is registered, notices that your team is mentioned, and cross references with the roster that you submit, the player will be assigned to your team.   

It is your responsibility to communicate to your returning families that once the registration deadline has passed, CFBBA will start placing draft players on teams to fill rosters. 

If a returning player registers late, the placement on his or her previous team is subject to availability (after drafts are sorted).  We will not be able to remove a draft player from your roster to put a returning player that registered late. 

Should your returning players register before the deadline, CFBBA guarantees they will be placed on your roster. 

This rule is to encourage registration to finish on time.  This allows the league time to sort drafts and finalize rosters as well as allow coaches to order uniforms and start other tasks.

No.  We cannot accommodate the scheduling associated with players playing on multiple teams.  Players cannot play on two different CFBBA teams in the same season, regardless of the level of those teams.

We DO accommodate coaches that coach multiple teams in our league.

Register as a head coach and complete the background check.

We follow the USSSA rules, with division specific caveats posted on our Rules section.

The specific caveats are discussed at the mandatory coaches meetings.

We do not honor the report card rule (grade exceptions) for eligibility because unlike USSSA we have combined age groups (7/8, 9/10, 11/12).  We cannot allow exceptions due to safety concerns caused by larger gaps in age between players that this would cause.
